HASILUX spoke with Joël Schmit, co-founder of the Luxembourg-based startup AutiHD, about their app Mindory which aims to support neurodivergent people in their daily lives. In this article, Joël shares insights about the app’s features and development journey, while noting that it’s still in its early stages. Here’s what he told us about this digital tool.
MindoryApp is here for anyone with autism, ADHD, or who just finds it hard to manage daily tasks, stay focused, or handle stress. It’s your everyday companion, helping you bring more structure and calm into your life.
What the application offers
- Stress Monitor: Keep track of how you’re feeling and spot patterns.
- Smart Organizer: Easily plan your day, with AI helping to close gaps and avoid overload.
- Pomodoro Timer: Stay focused with short, manageable work sessions.
- Habits Tracker: Build routines that stick and celebrate your wins.
- Smart Notes: Keep all your ideas, reminders, and reflections in one easy-to-find place.
- CBT-Based Support Chat: Get practical tips and encouragement when you need it.
- Meditation Library: Relax, focus, or drift off to sleep with guided meditations.
MindoryApp makes daily life feel a little easier and more manageable – so you can focus on what really matters. Here is the link to the AppStore to download the application.
Please note that it’s a very basic version right now. We will improve it weekly and, at some point, redesign it completely. We’re a small team that works hard, but can’t do magic 🙂
Questions
- How can pupils/students use your app? By downloading it. 🙂 It’s better for students, as pupils usually don’t use smart organizers, habits or support chats.
- Can it also support teachers / educators / psychologists? At a later point – yes. Users will be able to connect with other people and, if they wish, share their progress with them.
- What are the costs? Right now it’s for free. At a later point there will be a subscription needed, as the AI features cost us money too.
- Can interested parties contact you? Definitely! joel@autihd.com
- In which languages is the app available? Right now – only in English. Except the chat and the “breaking big tasks into smaller steps” feature, these respond to all languages. We’ll be working on more languages (German and French) this year.
